The new build on Queens Road is a single storey detached property with a separate garage and courtyard garden, built on a vacant, previously unused plot of land.
Additional interior living space was needed in 1960’s three-bedroom semi-detached house. A single storey, rear extension was commissioned that would also incorporate a small, existing brick-built outbuilding.
A loft conversion to create two additional rooms was planned for a modern detached house. Initial preparation required the addition of two supporting beams to provide structural integrity for the roof structure.
Built in the mid-1800’s, a classical Georgian style end-of-terrace house was in need of extensive interior refurbishment after a prolonged period without occupation.
A single story garden room extension was required to provide versatile and flexible accommodation.
